In this book, Niamh Dunne considers the interface between competition law and economic regulation from various angles. This includes considering competition law and regulation as substitutes and as complements for each other, and examining the procedural, substantive and institutional aspects of the interaction. Her analysis is highly analytical, systematic, lucid, and nuanced.
